Please pay attention to the following conditions regarding purchasing from Trainers:

The address listed on our website is not our return address. Please refrain from sending return parcels to this address. To initiate a return, kindly contact us via Email or LiveChat. We will conduct an investigation before processing the return. It’s crucial not to use this address for returns; otherwise, we cannot accept responsibility.

Online Returns Policy

There may come a time when you need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is crafted to facilitate your returns process. Here’s what you need to know:

  • You can return item(s) either via post to our online store or in person to a Trainer Rack within 30 days from the delivery date. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item(s) is faulty or not as ordered.
  • For faulty items, Trainers will cover the return postage costs. Please contact customer service to arrange prepaid postage.
  • It’s recommended to use registered or traceable postal services for returns, as the responsibility lies with the purchaser until received by Trainers Rack.

Returns Policy Conditions

At Trainers, your satisfaction is paramount. We’ll happily exchange your item, provide an exchange card, or refund your original payment method provided that:

  • The item is returned within 30 days from the tracked delivery date.
  • You present the original trainer invoice (receipt) during the return.
  • The item is in original saleable condition, including all tags, unworn, unopened, and unused, with sewn labels still attached.
  • A completed returns form accompanies the returning item(s).
  • Trainers’ products are not for resale on other platforms or websites.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in refusal of exchange or refund for change of mind items. Bank statements are not accepted as proof of purchase.

Faulty Items

For faulty items requiring refund, repair, or replacement, please contact our customer service team before returning the item. When reporting a fault via email, attach pictures for assessment before return approval. Pre-paid shipping labels can be provided for faulty item returns. Faulty items may be returned outside regular return timeframes if still under warranty.


  • You are responsible for posting the shipment to the designated return address.
  • Once the shipment is in transit, please await delivery, after which we’ll process your refund.
  • We’ll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of refund approval. Approved refunds are automatically processed within 15 days to your original payment method. Note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
